At LoneHive we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email support@lonehive.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours with instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — then it's on us.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number for a free replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale/clearance and hygiene-sensitive items can't be returned unless defective.
Cancellations
Cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins.
